1 Acceptance of Terms

If your account is closed due to a Terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the findings of nos138's internal investigation. If the closure is at your own request or due to compliance requirements, any eligible balance will be returned after the review process is complete.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts closed at the user's request may be reopened subject to review and approval by nos138.

9 Liability Limits
